Tundra 6000 Series Windows

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Walsh Building Products, warrants to you, the original property owner(s) named in this Certificate, that our Tundra windows are free from the manufacturing defects described below. This warranty remains in effect for the time frames described below as long as the original property owner(s) owns an equity interest in the property identified in this Certificate. If more than one property owner is named in this Certificate, the Warranty shall remain in force as long as at least one of the original property owners owns an equity interest in the property identified in this Certificate.

ONE-TIME TRANSFER
1. Walsh Building Products, will honor this warranty to second property owner only. All terms remain the same. All warranty claims must include original purchase invoices. Written notice to transfer of title to the property must be received by Walsh Building Products within 30 days of transfer date.

LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE- FRAME, SASH AND HARDWARE
1. Walsh Building Products, guarantees that the vinyl material will not blister, corrode, flake, rot or warp under conditions of ordinary wear because of manufacturing defects in the extrusion.
2. Walsh Building Products, guarantees the hardware against factory defect.

LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE-INSULATED GLASS UNIT
1. SEAL FAILURE - Walsh Building Products guarantees the seal on all insulated glass against fogging, dust, or moisture developing between the glass. Replacement labor is the responsibility of the property owner, however, if vinyl sash is brought to the Walsh Building Products factory, we will shop glaze at no charge.
2. GLASS BREAKAGE - Walsh Building Products guarantees all glass breakage 100% (no matter how it breaks). Replacement labor is the responsibility of the property owner, however, if vinyl sash is brought to the Walsh Building Products factory, we will shop glaze at no charge. *Customer must present copy of original invoice from contractor or dealer where windows were purchased. *Customer is responsible for all sizing and transportation of replacement glass.
*Excluded from glass breakage warranty are insulating units over 15 square feet and all tempered glass units, including all patio doors, and special glass types used at the customers request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This limited warranty does not apply to window units which are greater in width or height than the largest window size depicted in Walsh Building Products' printed price catalog.
2. Walsh Building Products, warrants that defects in workmanship, material or parts shall be replaced immediately. The representative shall be invoiced for replacement parts. When factory analysis of returned items has determined manufacturer’s error, the representative’s account shall be fully credited for the replacement parts.

COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATION
1. Walsh Building Products, disclaims any liability hereunder for defects or damage attributable to installation, normal weathering, atmosphere pollutants, mildew buildup, misuse, abuse, failure of the structure, building settlements, Owner’s failure to provide reasonable maintenance of the product, fire, lighting, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, hail, vandalism, earthquake or other causes beyond the control of the Walsh Building Products.
2. Condensation on windows, which may occur as a natural result of humidity within the property, and changes in interior / exterior temperature, does not indicate a defect in the window and is not included in this warranty.
3. Walsh Building Products, will provide the repair or replacement part(s) according to the terms stated herein. You must pay for the costs of making the repair or replacement, including the costs of removal, installation, or reinstallation of the windows.

Contractors must fill out the warranty and provide it to the property owner.

Tundra 6800 Patio Door
Lifetime Limited Warranty

Tundra door products, in normal service are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own and reside in the home in which the door was originally installed.

BASIC DOOR UNIT – LIFETIME
The rigid UPVC vinyl in your door is warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling, pitting, or blistering for as long as you own and reside in the home the door product is installed.

HARDWARE / MOVING PARTS – LIFETIME
The multipoint locking system are warranted from mechanical failure for the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as they reside in the home of which the product is installed. This warranty does not apply to corrosion or finish of these components.

INSULATED GLASS – 10 YEAR
The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead-air space of the sealed unit for a period of ten (10) years from the date or manufacture. Glass breakage is not covered under this warranty. Condensation on doors may occur as a natural result of humidity, excessive moisture or changes in interior / exterior temperatures. This does not indicate a defect in the door and is not covered by this warranty.

If the doors do not conform to this warranty during the warranty period, Walsh Building Products agrees to repair or replace – at its sole option – any defective part or component. This warranty does not include labor or freight costs. Walsh Building Products will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or reinstallation of the door or any part or component of the door.

Walsh Building Products disclaims any liability hereunder for damage occasioned by vandalism, normal weathering, atmospheric pollutants, failure of the structure in which the doors are installed, windborne objects, ice, harmful chemicals, fumes or vapors, fire, lightning, hurricanes, tornados, windstorms, hail or other acts of God, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance for the doors misuse or abuse of the doors.

This Warranty contains the only express warranties extended by Walsh Building Products and is in lieu of all other warranties, verbal or implied. The provisions herein contain the only remedy you may have against Walsh Building Products. Walsh Building Products shall not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages.
